Descriptif :
within a leading contract management company based in fribourg, you will be in charge of the following tasks :

-raising invoices
-making payments
-drafting contracts
-collecting and checking timesheets
-collecting and verifying compliance related documentation
-liaising with local authorities for the registration and deregistration of clients for social security, child allowance and pension.
-giving advice about ch health insurance.
-accurate data input to document management software.
-responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and service delivery turnaround within set time frames.

Expérience :
minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred but not essential
knowledge of swiss payroll will be considered an advantage
