Descriptif :
within a multinational luxury company based in geneva, you will join the marketing department to take in charge of the following duties :

1) line opening/bbb/post-market (in collaboration with and supervising marketing analyst):

* preparing & presenting previous season marketing initiative recap, as well as upcoming season’s plan,
* coordinating core look selection with ny & europe merchandisers based on europe pre-order,
* setting-up and leading production of all selling tools required at market (rig books, reorder books, bsr, etc.),
* working with ny & europe merchandisers to realize possible “exclusive” product for marketing initiatives.

2) budget:

* owning and tracking budget throughout year to ensure spending is in line with allocation,
* forecasting on seasonal expenditure,
* ensuring cost efficiency with each project,
* raising purchase orders at the outset of a project.

3) market and competitive analysis, to include:

* gathering qualitative and quantitative data; e.g. market trends, short term forecast, competitor’s analysis etc.
* analysing and synthesizing results,
* establishing recommendations,
* analysing retailer or boutique surveys,
* submitting marketing development scenarios.

4) co-op support (in collaboration with and supervising marketing analyst):

* windows,
* customer/location selection based on criteria analysis,
* determining budget,
* working with sales to select theme & looks based upon buy,
* coordinating construction with internal people or outside vendor,
* co-branded mailers/e-mailers,
* prepare & send mailer creative brief to ny marketing based upon europe sales,
* customer selection based on criteria analysis,
* gather customer data and coordinate printing and shipping,
* manage budget,
* events,
* coordinating all aspects, including event format, catering, casting, gifts, music, décor and press samples, making sure all elements are in line with the brand,
* budget management/vendor invoice management,
* post-initiative recap including sales analysis to determine cost/benefit ratio,
* co-op advertising & mailer onserts/inserts,
* selection of customer, location & publication, taking into account retail stores & national advertising,
* managing image selection, placement within publication & timing.

Expérience :
5 years in marketing communication area in the fashion industry within a multinational environment.
Diplômes :
